Laminating for Printed Sheets
With the application of one of our many laminate films to your printed material, you are essentially adding a decorative and protective layer to your product. By applying different laminate film finishes you can achieve a very unique look and feel to your print. This attention to detail can be an important factor when considering how your customers interact with your product and if it will lead to a sale conversion for you.
Our most popular laminate films are matt, gloss, silk and soft touch, we also offer options such as antibacterial, bio degradable and anti scuff laminates. We can accommodate for both short and long runs, on either digitally printed or litho materials, and also laminate printed sheets of up to B1 in size.
Die Cutting & Embossing
Another print finishing option that we can offer you is our die cutting and embossing service, these finishes will often go hand in hand when using our carton gluing services, but we also offer die cutting and embossing services as stand alone options if they are required. We have many different sizes and shaped cutting formes held on stock, therefore if you contact us before starting to design your project we may hold a template that will already suit your needs, saving you both time and money.
By choosing to use our embossing service you will add raised areas of interest to your packaging, this will positively affect the visual impact of your cartons, whilst giving an overall quality and interesting feel to your products.
Product Label Printing
Our label printing service is an ideal option to use along side our carton gluing services, our sticky labels can be provided on both reels or flat sheets and will be delivered ready for application to your chosen products.
Many of our existing customers use our label printing service to create labels such as the ones that seal the lids of cartons, these provide an additional tamper proof seal of security, or larger labels that are applied to the outside of products such as glass bottles or plastic containers, which are then inserted into the finished cartons.
